Basic Information
This world is near the edge of the system, and by all normal planetary mechanics should be a frozen ball flung off into deep space. In addition, the star it orbits around emits a massively powered EMP every 3-4 days, which also does not effect this world. This is considered to be because of the massive black spires that are sunk deep into the planets crust, and rise far out just past the edge of the atmosphere. The Deicoon Mandarinate (The 5 families that rule this world in an Oligarchy) has yet to figure out anything about these many spires despite decades of inquiry. Although this may also be due to the fact that the Mandarinate is far more interested in profit. Most of this world is massive run down cities, slums and industrial districts. There are no restrictions on the market here, as the 5 families make far more off of the free market than anyone else here. In past years you could find many off worlders here, but due to rumors of a rabies like sickness spreading through the poorer districts, many have left and leave the Chinese anscestored natives here. In addition this world has back street surgeons and chemists capable of mathcing the feats of many other professional doctors for much less, all Cyberware costs 10% less, all drugs cost 20% less, and all surgery (cosmetic or otherwise) costs 15% less.

Basic Information
Much closer to the star than Deicoon, this place is routinely washed in an EMP that destroys all circuitry and advanced technology. The people here are too uneducated to understand this, and merely think the people that live far above in the stars won't share their magic with them. The world is fractured into a number of small medieval kingdoms, all of which war, trade and compete with each other.
