Basic Information
Hallfrids domed cities barely keep out the cold, but does not keep out the growing insurrection against Tsar Stepan Zaitsev and his royal family. Konstantin Zaitsev, the Tsar's twin brother is leading a growing guerrilla war against his fascist family, looking for democratic elections and other basic freedoms. The ruling family takes a different attitude, saying that he is merely trying to start a coup to take power from his brother.
Despite this, the common folk live on simply trying to get by, as they keep together their slapdash technology with the shortages of resources due to the conflict. This place is also known to have the hardest liquor in the sector, and is it's main export, while it's main import is liver medication.
